धृतिमान् क्षमिवान् शौर्यमानितिः पुनः पुनः।
समः सर्वगुणोपेतो दृढ़ः सत्यपराक्रमः।।2.33.25।।

He (Rama) is steadfast, forgiving, valorous, humble, and endowed with all virtues. He is impartial and possesses unwavering commitment to truth.”

सत्यसन्धो धृतिमान् च सर्वभूतहिते रतः।
समः क्षमिवान् सुदृढः सर्वलोकप्रियः प्रियः।।2.110.31।।

“He (Rama) is devoted to truth, steadfast, compassionate to all beings, equal-minded, forgiving, resolute, and beloved by all in the world.”

धर्मेण सत्यसन्धेन तपसा समवेक्ष्य च।
सर्वभूतेषु कामैश्च मैथिलीप्रेमसंयुतः।।5.45.43।।

“Endowed with righteousness and devotion to truth, he (Rama) observes austerities and impartially views all beings. His love for Maithili (Sita) is untainted by desire.”

न धर्मब्राता न सत्यसन्धुर्न च नैवासत्यविक्रमः।
रामो दाशरथिर्दीनः श्रियां प्राप्नोति सर्वशः।।2.10.18।।

“Rama, the son of Dasharatha, is not only righteous but is also a friend to truth. He never deviates from truth. Even in adversity, he attains prosperity in every way.”

अनार्यजुष्टं न सत्यं न चैकान्तमनुत्तमम्।
राघवस्य वचः श्रुत्वा न हि वाक्यं प्रवर्तते।।2.18.24।।

“Raghava’s (Rama’s) words are neither unrighteous, nor untrue, nor inferior. Upon hearing Rama’s words, one does not feel like speaking any further.”

वीर्यशुल्को धृतिमतां धर्मप्रियः सत्यवादी च।
धर्मिकः सत्यसंधश्च धृतिमान्नरपुङ्गवः।।6.116.7।।

“Rama is the embodiment of valor, the reward for the courageous, dear to those with determination, a lover of dharma, truthful, committed to righteousness, and a beacon of truth.”

राजा विभूतिमन्यसुरानिवृत्तिपतिः।
शरण्यो दीनभृत्पुण्यो विभो सर्वजनप्रियः।।6.121.20।।

“A king like Lord Rama, similar to the king of gods (Indra) in glory, a protector of those who seek refuge, compassionate to the distressed, virtuous, and beloved by all people.”

नीतिशास्त्रविशारदः सत्यसन्धः प्रतिप्रियः।
प्रजासु परमप्रीतो धर्मचारी जितेन्द्रियः।।2.110.16।।

“Well-versed in political ethics, devoted to truth, beloved by his people, supremely affectionate towards his subjects, a practitioner of dharma, and one who has conquered his senses.”
