For nearly two decades, he also trained around 500 European postgraduate doctors annually through overseas seminars. Despite international fame, Dr. Pareek remained deeply rooted in community service. He founded Sevakunj Mission Hospital at Poiya Ghat, Agra. This institution adopted 40 villages and worked to provide free healthcare services, immunization drives, and public awareness programs. He also established charitable dispensaries in Goverdhan, Radha Kund, and Agra, where hundreds of needy patients received free treatment daily. Weekly gatherings included recitations from the Ramcharitmanas and inspiring stories from scriptures for children. Another touching example of his humanitarian vision is the Pareek Foundation, through which monthly ration support and essential needs were arranged for 100 widows of Radha Kund. He also adopted Lopamudra Vidya Mandir, a school for children associated with leprosy patients located within the JALMA Institute campus in Agra. Under his support, infrastructure, faculty resources, and student sponsorships were improved. These initiatives reveal a man who saw dignity and opportunity as essential medicines for society.

Over the years, Dr. Pareek received numerous honors for his medical excellence and public service. In 2012, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science degree. He also received the prestigious “Hahnemann Preis” from Hahnemann Klinik, Germany, named after Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, founder of homeopathy. In addition, he was honored with titles such as Brij Ratna, Citizen of the Year, Uttar Pradesh Ratna, and several recognitions from leading media organizations.

His recognition as a Padma Shri awardee further affirmed his national importance. The award symbolizes decades of selfless dedication in healing, education, and social upliftment. Few medical professionals manage to combine international scholarship, massive patient care, rural outreach, and cultural service in one lifetime. Dr. Pareek did exactly that.
